Whappext offers a detailed description of its software. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed his/her product of choice, has requested a demonstration of the product, or used a trial version if available, and is satisfied with its quality before effecting the actual purchase of a said product. With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such a basis. All software is non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review return/refund requests on defective software. Whappext guarantees the quality of all its software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the user.
Whereas, in rare circumstances, where the software fails to run or function properly as described or shown, the customer can generate a refund or exchange request within 15 days of purchasing the software product.
The customer cannot claim a refund for the blockage of its own WhatsApp account as we provide the guidelines and instructions for anti-blocking but we do NOT guarantee that their account will not get blocked.
Upon receiving your refund, you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid, purchased license. Whappext reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

Delivery Policy
Our software can be downloaded from the link given after the payment. Your software will be activated after you provide us the hardware ID in the activation form, and will normally take approximately 24 hours to process.
